Cancellation Policy

Advance Notice Requirement: All appointments must be booked at least 4 hours in advance. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 1 hours' notice prior to your scheduled start time. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 1 hours before the appointment are subject to a fee (as defined by your site's terms), or the inability to use the self-service portal to make changes.
